“Handwritten Customs Declaration Forms are No Longer Acceptable”

Customers are encouraged to use computer-generated customs forms, there will still be an option to fill out a customs information worksheet (USPS Form 2976-R), which will then be typed into the Retail System Software (RSS) by the Postal Finance Window Clerks.
Patrons must provide an accurate and complete description of the contents, names, and addresses. Customs information must be entered into an electronic system to ensure MPS compliance with USPS regulations and United States import and export laws. Currently these are the four methods patrons can utilize to obtain the appropriate Customs Declaration Form based on the destination country and mail class/ product selected:
USPS Click-N-Ship at: https://cns.usps.com
USPS Customs Form Online (CFOL) at: https://cfo.usps.com
USPS partner systems (i.e. Stamps.com)
PS Form 2976-R, Customs Declaration and Dispatch Note

NOTE: This new USPS policy will increase overall customer wait time and the current per-customer service time among other impacts. Thank you for your patience.

Unable to head to the Post Office to pick up your mail? Post office customers can designate trusted agents to pick up their mail by sending an email to 51FSS.FSVP.OSANPOSTOFFICE@us.af.mil with the following information: Customer’s name, Customer’s PSC Box Number, Authorized Agent’s Name, and the date range the Authorized Agent will be allowed to pick up mail on behalf of the customer (no more than 30 days).

Box Number: 1234
